Comfortable clothes (T-shirt + shorts) are perfect for the first class. We'll provide all the necessary equipment. If they decide to continue, we'll help you get the proper uniform (gi).
Absolutely! Our program is specifically designed for children with safety as the top priority. We teach controlled movements in a supervised environment. Injuries are extremely rare in kids' classes.
We recommend 2-3 classes per week for optimal progress, but even once a week will show benefits. Our flexible schedule makes it easy to find times that work for your family.
No. Beginners start with fundamental movements and controlled drills. Sparring is introduced gradually only when students have demonstrated proper technique and control.
